Who's behind the business?Hi I'm Jess! Thanks for asking! I'm an Ottawa based entreprenuer that loves colour!! I created this company because I wanted accessories in my favourite colour palettes (mine are Earth and Jewel!) and I couldn't find any! So I figured if I wanted this, others might too. When I ran the idea by my bestie, whos a wardrobe stylist, and she loved it, I knew it was all systems go! Hope you love your Palette Pack as much as I've loved creating this company.

What is your return policy?If items are damanged, or incorrect according to your order send us an email at hello@thepalletteboutique.com including attached images of the error or damange.
